These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jiletaka platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, payment facilities, and promotional offers. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jiletaka ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the jiletaka website, including all services, games, betting facilities, promotions, and support resources accessible through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or making any use of jiletaka.
By registering an account on jiletaka, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unequivocally confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue to use the platform.
jiletaka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date shown in the "Last updated" notice in the page header reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jiletaka Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary documents, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.
Binding Agreement
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and jiletaka. Registration implies full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained herein.
Subject to Change
jiletaka may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are communicated by email to the registered address. Continued platform use constitutes acceptance.
Supplementary Policies
These Terms operate alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Where documents conflict, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
English Language Governs
These Terms are written in English. The English-language version of any document published by jiletaka is the authoritative version in the event of any dispute or ambiguity.
Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
jiletaka is strictly an adult platform. Access to, and use of, the jiletaka platform is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions simultaneously:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform. jiletaka enforces a strict 18+ policy without exception. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts closed immediately, and any funds held in those accounts will be dealt with in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who lack legal capacity to contract — including but not limited to minors, persons under guardianship, or persons with legally recognised incapacity — are prohibited from using jiletaka.
- Single account: You may hold only one registered account on jiletaka. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any bonuses or pending withdrawals.
- Accurate information: All registration details you provide must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You must not register under a false name, use another person's identity, or provide misleading contact information.
- Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on jiletaka or any linked account. Attempting to register a new account while self-excluded is a breach of these Terms.
jiletaka takes age verification seriously. During the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you will be required to provide documentary evidence of your age and identity, including a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport issued by Bangladesh. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restrictions on withdrawals and, where fraud is suspected, suspension of the account.
Section 3
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of services on jiletaka — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid email address, a Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password. You may also be asked to provide your full legal name and date of birth as part of the initial registration or subsequent KYC verification.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiletaka Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted from your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised unless you notify jiletaka in writing that your account has been compromised.
- Password hygiene: Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application. jiletaka recommends a minimum of 12 characters combining upper and lower case letters, numerals, and symbols.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): jiletaka strongly recommends enabling 2FA from your account security settings. 2FA delivers a one-time verification code to your registered Bangladesh mobile number at each login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access.
- Suspicious activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jiletaka at support@jiletaka immediately. jiletaka may temporarily lock the account pending investigation.
- Device security: You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access jiletaka is free from malware, keyloggers, or other malicious software that could compromise your credentials or session.
- No account transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your jiletaka account or any balance held within it to another person.
KYC Identity Verification
jiletaka is required to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before crediting bonuses. Acceptable identity documents for Bangladesh players include a valid National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a valid driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested where the account address cannot be confirmed from primary identity documents.
KYC documents must be submitted as clear, unobstructed digital photographs or scans. Edited, altered, or forged documents will result in immediate account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities. jiletaka processes KYC submissions as promptly as possible; during periods of high demand, verification may take up to 48 hours.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions on jiletaka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jiletaka does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any amount sent in a non-BDT currency will be rejected or returned at the sender's expense. The following payment methods are accepted on jiletaka for both deposits and withdrawals:
Deposit Rules
- The minimum first deposit on jiletaka is ৳500. Subsequent deposits may have a lower minimum threshold; the applicable limit is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
- Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jiletaka BDT balance in real time upon confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh business day to be reflected in your account.
- jiletaka does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by your chosen payment method.
- You must only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited. Third-party deposits will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
- jiletaka reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit was made from an account in your name as part of the KYC or fraud prevention process.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and payment fraud.
- KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. Pending withdrawals will be queued until verification is confirmed.
- jiletaka aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 Bangladesh business days.
- Funds credited to your jiletaka account from a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.
- jiletaka reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. jiletaka will communicate the reason for any hold via the account holder's registered email address.
- Withdrawals to accounts other than those registered in the player's own verified name will not be processed. jiletaka will not be liable for funds sent to an incorrectly specified recipient account where the error originated with the player.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
jiletaka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
General Bonus Terms
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
- One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
- Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account balance, together with any associated winnings generated from those bonus funds.
- Game restrictions: Not all games on jiletaka contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino table games, video poker titles such as Jacks or Better, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded from wagering altogether. The contribution rate for each game type is specified in the promotion terms.
- Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports betting selection may be capped. Placing bets above the maximum permitted amount during active bonus play may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- Withdrawal before wagering completion: If you request a withdrawal of cash funds before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, jiletaka reserves the right to remove the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings from your account prior to processing the withdrawal. Your deposited cash funds will be returned.
jiletaka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value other than in accordance with their stated terms. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculation, the records held by jiletaka shall be treated as definitive unless a clear system error can be demonstrated.
Section 6
Game Rules and Fair Play
jiletaka offers casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, and video poker titles supplied by independently certified third-party game studios and data providers. The rules of each individual game or betting market are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider or sportsbook engine. jiletaka does not develop or modify game software; all game logic, RNG certification, and RTP accuracy are the responsibility of the relevant provider.
Casino Games
All slot games, live casino tables, and video poker titles available on jiletaka — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and certified by independent testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
Sports Betting
- All sports bets are accepted subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. jiletaka follows standard industry rules for event settlement, including the treatment of postponed matches, abandoned fixtures, and void markets.
- Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. jiletaka is not responsible for odds changes that occur after a bet has been placed and confirmed.
- jiletaka reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where match-fixing is suspected, or where the integrity of the event is in question. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
- Maximum win limits apply to sports betting. The maximum single-bet payout is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Bets that would result in a payout above the maximum win limit may be partially accepted or declined at jiletaka's discretion.
Malfunctions and Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, jiletaka will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly and to restore affected accounts to their correct pre-error state. Winnings arising from a game malfunction or manifest system error are not valid and will not be paid. jiletaka will communicate with affected players via their registered email address in the event that their account is impacted by a confirmed technical error.

Section 7
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on jiletaka, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, submitting forged or altered identity documents, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their consent.
- Underage access: Attempting to access jiletaka while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a person known to be under 18.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on jiletaka, whether in your own name or using alternative personal details.
- Collusion: Conspiring with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market offered on jiletaka.
- Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit any promotion without prior written authorisation from jiletaka.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in relation to valid jiletaka transactions. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts closed and the matter referred for debt recovery.
- Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the jiletaka platform, its servers, databases, or associated infrastructure.
- Money laundering: Using jiletaka for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. jiletaka complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
jiletaka reserves the right to investigate any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be suspended and pending withdrawals held. jiletaka will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder via their registered email address, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
jiletaka may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time where there is reasonable cause. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, account inactivity, or a request from a competent authority. jiletaka will provide notice of closure where legally permitted to do so.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request closure of your jiletaka account at any time by contacting support@jiletaka. Upon receiving a closure request, jiletaka will process any pending withdrawals of verified cash funds to your registered payment method and close the account. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jiletaka will notify the account holder at their registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, are deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by login. The applicable dormancy fee rate is published in the jiletaka cashier terms.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion or cooling-off period from their account settings. Self-exclusion disables the jiletaka Login immediately upon activation. Permanent self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to support@jiletaka. During any self-exclusion period, jiletaka will not send promotional communications to the excluded account and will reject any attempt to reopen or register a new account by the same individual.
